Windows XP is an operating system released by Microsoft with the advantage of being lightweight and less prone to errors like on later versions. Despite being an old operating system, until now Windows XP has been selected by many people for low-configured computers. Windows XP is well-known for its high stability, good performance, and graphical user interface optimized with many new tasks that are easy to perform. Users can also choose from many different versions to install (Starter, Home Edition, Professional). Currently Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 are available, however, many people still use Windows XP for many different purposes.
