Microsoft has officially announced the official version of the Office 2016 suite for Mac OS including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote applications.
Office 2016 for Mac focuses on improving the interface to suit the new OS X versions, support for Retina displays, Multi-Touch mouse touchpad operations, and connectivity to Microsoft cloud services.
When connecting to OneDrive, Office 2016 users can easily share work content and collect information without having to worry about document format incompatibility or changing the editor structure. In addition, content is easily compatible with Office suites on other platforms.
Through more than 100,000 feedback from testers, the official version promises more stable performance. Some of the new features are improved by Microsoft such as Mail Merge in Word, Propose New Time in Outlook, and support to connect external data with Excel.
